Please remember, screening must be done every 2 years/Seasons.

USA Hockey explanation:
The screening expiration is not based on a calendar date of 2 years from the completion date, it’s based on the season. We use April 1 as the date that indicates what season the screening will be valid for. Anyone screened before April 1 is valid for the then current season and the following season. Anyone screened after April 1 is current for that season and the next.

The season that a person must renew their screening will be indicated after their name; example 2021-22 means a person must renew for that season after April 1, 2021. 

You must register with USA Hockey to apply for a Background Screening, Registration begins for the new season April 1st and the season begins September 1st.

The following is the list of individuals who are Good To Go for the 2023-2024 hockey season.

If your name is not on the list you will need a screening.

Those in RED- are expired for the 2023-2024 season and will need a new screening.

ONLY process your screening once, should you not see your name on this list within 4-5 days, then contact Terrence BEFORE running the screening again.
